ORDERING FLOWERS FROM BEG
✿ Delivery Orders
We offer delivery to Vancouver & surrounding area. Please see our Delivery Policy before placing an order.
✿ Weddings
We only take on a few weddings per season, on a case by case basis. We are mostly looking to work with couples who love our style and want to do something uniquely theirs. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, we'd love to hear from you! You can fill out our Wedding Inquiry Form or email us at begfloraldesign@gmail.com.
✿ Special Events
We offer full service florals for branded and private events, photoshoots, and everything in between. If you would like to inquire about an event, or a custom order that is not quite an event, please fill out our Event Inquiry Form and we'll be in touch.
DELIVERY POLICY
✿ Delivery Date + Time
Our delivery window is 11AM to 6PM and cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We require 24 hours notice on all floral orders.
✿ Deliveries
For deliveries to a house we will knock / ring the doorbell. If after 15 minutes no one comes to the door, we will leave the flower order in a safe location near the front door. We will call / send a courtesy text to alert the sender where the flowers were left. In the event of extreme weather we will keep the flowers and reach out to the sender to arrange a later delivery. While we do everything possible to ensure your florals are left in a safe place, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft, or conditions that are out of our control.
For deliveries to a condominium / apartment building with a lobby, flowers will be (1) left with the front desk or (2) left at the apartment buildings front door depending on the buildings delivery policy. If no one answers the door within 5 minutes, we will send a courtesy text / call to alert the recipient of where the flowers were left. While we do everything possible to ensure your florals are left in a safe place, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft, or conditions that are out of our control.
✿ Delivery Address & Check-out Information
We make every reasonable attempt to deliver your flowers in a timely manner. With that being said, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct information is given to us at check-out. BEG Floral is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the orderer including incorrect contact number or incorrect addresses. If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact number is provided and a delivery attempt has been made, the orderer may be subject to an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempts.

✿ Local Pickup
We offer free local up from our studio in North Vancouver. Once your order is placed someone from our team will reach out to you to arrange a pick up time and provide the address. Pick up window is 10AM to 6PM.
FLORAL RETURN POLICY
At BEG we do everything possible to provide the freshest florals for every order. Still, it is extremely important that customers understand the delicate nature of flowers and their proper care. With proper care BEG guarantees your flowers will last a minimum of 72 hours from your pick up or delivery date. To ensure the longest vase life for your florals, please visit our Flower Care Guide for how to best care for your flowers. The way you care for your flowers will directly effect how long your flowers last!
Please get in touch at begfloraldesign@gmail.com if you are ever not happy with the life of your flowers. We ask that you reach out within 72 hours from your pick up or delivery date with a detailed description of your quality issue as well as photos of your flowers. Given the customer has a valid quality issue, we exchange the faulty florals for a new arrangement/bouquet- We do not offer refunds.
